We conserve traditional dishes from our homemade gastronomy such as the "ofegat de la Segarra" (pork stew) or our famous "partridges in vinaigrette sauce". Nonetheless, we have also introduced modern gastronomy and techniques, which we have adapted to our way of cooking.
